Welcome to the new and improved redesign of Soothing Herbals! We've created a new logo, website layout, navigation and blog. After 11 years, we've grown, expanded our product line and services, and wanted to reflect these new changes online. Chickens!

chickens Cuckoo Maran eggs In The Shop

Last week we got 6 chickens. My husband built a deluxe hen-house for them, putting the finishing touches on it on our son's birthday. We brought them home in the evening, showed them their new digs, and the very next day they each laid an egg! We were so excited. We have 3 Aruca Ameracauna hens and 3 Cuckoo Marans. The Arucas lay blue eggs, which were perfect for Easter, and the Marans lay big brown eggs. It is satisfying knowing that we will not have to go to town to buy eggs anymore.
