Herbal Medicine Holistic Health Consultation
Are you interested in an alternative, more natural approach to good health?
Private Consultations with me are available in person or remotely. My goal as a Clinical Herbalist is to help you create a holistic health plan to promote vibrant, optimal healing with herbs, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Your initial consultation (approximately 60-90 min) begins with an extensive intake in order to understand your current and past health conditions. Recommendations for dietary and lifestyle changes may be made, as well as a recommended protocol for herbs, supplements, essential oils or Reiki therapy. Custom formulas may be included.

The cost of recommended herbs, extracts, supplements or essential oils is not included in the consultation fee. Prices vary. We offer our locally made and organically grown medicines from our Apothecary and can create a custom formula for you.
Aromatherapy Consultation
Aromatherapy can help you on your healing journey and have profound effects, whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. During your session, we'll discuss your intentions and goals. I will assess your needs and offer some specific essential oils for you to smell and discover the best ones that resonate with you. Together we will create a custom EO blend that can also be incorporated into a personal product for you to use every day. The products will be shipped it to you with instructions on how to use, to achieve the results you desire.

Waiver of Liability
Clients are reminded that it is their personal right and responsibility to make educated choices in their own and their family's health care. Soothing Herbals LLC does not make these choices for the client but provides educational resources in the historic and traditional uses of herbs. Only a physician (MD) can diagnose, treat and prescribe medicines for illness. The role of the Herbalist/Aromatherapist/Reiki Practitioner is to consider the client as a whole person and to consult the client concerning lifestyle, diet, herbal and aromatherapy recommendations.
