Herbal tinctures have become a preferred form of herbal medicine. The taste, which can be quite bitter at times, can be disguised or diluted in water, juice or tea. Tinctures provide quick assimilation and ease of administering dosage (15-30 drops, two or three times a day is typical).

This all-natural syrup is traditionally used to alleviate cold and flu symptoms, such as coughing, upper and lower respiratory congestion, fever, and body aches. These herb infused oils are the base for our Salves, Balms and Cremes. We solar infuse the herbs into the oil for 6 weeks before straining. Then we add some vitamin e oil to preserve. You can add your own essential oils to create your own personal Body Oil. General guidelines are adding 30-60 drops total of essential oil to 4oz of infused oil. Calendula infused in Organic Olive Oil
Made from local, organic calendula flowers, this infused oil is one of the most effective topical oils and is very gentle, cooling, and soothing. Calendula oil is the most successful oil for assisting us with dry and damaged skin, skin inflammations, rashes, diaper irritations, and other skin disorders. Makes a wonderful baby’s oil and is excellent for those with sensitive skin.

Chamomile infused in Sweet Almond Oil
Made from a blend of both Roman (Anthemis nobilis) and German (Matricaria recutita) Chamomiles, this infused oil is anti-inflammatory, soothing and calming. Makes a great massage oil combined with calendula for babies and is excellent for those with sensitive skin.

Comfrey infused in Organic Olive Oil
Made from local, organic Comfrey leaves and root (Symphytum officinale) infused in a base of certified organic Olive oil. Traditionally used for general wound healing, treatment of bruises and for skin cell proliferation. Not to be used on dirty or open wounds.

St Johns Wort infused in Organic Olive Oil
A deep, red-colored oil made from freshly gathered local, organic St. Johns Wort flowers (Hypericum perforatum) infused in organic Olive oil. St Johns Wort is a valuable anti-inflammatory which can help speed the healing of wounds, bruises, varicose veins, sunburns, bee stings, and mild burns. This is our most highly coveted infused oil, and always sells out.
