What are your Shopping & Shipping Policies?
Online Credit Card Purchases
Your credit card purchase is completely secure on this website. There has never been a problem with the online service, but if you are uneasy with online shopping, you can place an order by calling 540-460-2722, or printing out the order form and mailing it to Soothing Herbals, 628 Rockbridge Alum Springs, Goshen, VA 24439
Wholesale Accounts
New wholesale customers must provide the name and address of business, including a retail sales tax ID number. This info can be emailed to info@soothingherbals.com.
$100 minimum on all wholesale orders, and payment must be received prior to shipping.
Shipping Costs depend on the total weight and size of your package. You will be contacted with the shipping amount after your order is weighed.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Unless a product is listed out of stock, orders placed by 5pm EST will be packed and shipped the next business day. You will be contacted via email if there is any problem with your order. Out of stock products may be back ordered for 4-6 weeks, but you will be contacted with updated info regarding back orders. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, and should arrive within 2-5 business days.
In an attempt to REDUCE, REUSE & RECYCLE, your order will be shipped with reused packaging.

$30.00-$49.99=$9.00 *
$50.00-$199.99= $11.00 *
$200.00-$249.99= $20.00 *
$250 and up= FREE SHIPPING

Oversized orders that won’t all fit in a Flat Rate box will be shipped in 2 separate boxes, and the total shipping cost will be $17.00. You will be notified via email if this applies to your order.
What is your Return Policy?
My Unconditional Guarantee states that if, for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of my products, you can send it back for an exchange, credit or refund. This however, does not include the shipping cost to send it back, and the product will not be refunded after one year from the purchase date.

Do you make any Custom Orders?
I welcome any special requests and try my best to accommodate them. Many times a special request or custom order turns into a new available product!
What Ingredients do you use?
I use the purest ingredients, always. My products are made with herbs organically grown, whenever possible. Most of the herbs I grow myself, here at our Botanical Sanctuary. Sometimes organic dried herbs are purchased from quality organic growers and suppliers. Oils, exotic waxes, butters and essential oils are top quality as well.

Do you use preservatives? What is the shelf life of your products?
We use ONLY natural preservatives- vitamin E and Grapefruit Seed Extract. These are natural and work great to preserve our natural products. We don’t use harsh chemicals that have been linked to cancer to preserve the freshness of our products. Some of the big companies use potentially harmful (and more inexpensive) parabens instead. Products are all most fresh within a year. Do you want to use something that was made ten or even five years ago? We don’t! That is why we make our products fresh in small batches every week!
Shelf Life-
Because we use natural preservatives in our products, we recommend using them within one year.
Salves and Balms: 12 months
Massage Oil: 8-12months
Cream: 8-12 months
Bath Salts: 4-6 months

What are the effects of lavender on boys?
A friend and customer had asked me a while back about using my Baby Balm (which includes lavender) on my boys. Since the Baby Balm has small amounts of lavender I was not too worried about the effects, but to be safe, and thanks to my friend who requested a balm without lavender, we now have Triple C Salve.
