As a customer of Soothing Herbals, you can be assured knowing that you have purchased the finest quality organic product, handmade with integrity and the purest ingredients. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for an exchange, credit or refund. We will always do our best to satisfy our customers.

Return Policy

We package our products very carefully, but shipping can sometimes cause damage. If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours and save all of your shipping materials. USPS will need it for inspection purposes and damage assessment. If you receive your products and are unsatisfied with the quality, call us within 14 days to receive a return confirmation number and then you can ship the products back to us for a refund. We are not able to refund shipping charges.

Returned Checks: A fee of $35 will be charged for any returned checks

Disclaimer

When describing our herbal products and herbs in general, we use common historical and scientific knowledge of the herbs and their and common folk uses. Soothing Herbals products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any disease. Herbs are powerful allies and should be used with intention and respect to their power and potential to heal. It should be known that when a product of ours is purchased, it is the consumer’s responsibility to be educated in the uses and medicinal properties of the herbs. It is recommended that you consult with a qualified herbalist or health care provider when in doubt.

How To Order

We accept orders from anywhere in the USA. International orders are only accepted from Canada and Singapore. For Canadian orders we will contact you with an adjusted shipping and handling rate. Handling is $3.00 USD and shipping depends on weight.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via paypal on this website.

4 Ways to Order

1. Online with Credit Card:
To place an order on our secure online ordering system, just shop for products under our product menu and place items in cart by clicking on ADD TO CART buttons. When ready to checkout click on CHECKOUT buttons. Paypal will guide you through the process of using your credit card if you have never paid this way before. You will be asked to sign up for a free Pay Pal account and then enter your personal information and credit card number. This is a very simple and secure way to get your order in fast. IMPORTANT NOTE: When ordering online thru Paypal, please make sure your address is current in your Paypal account’s profile. If your order is sent to an old address that has not been updated in your Paypal profile, it is not our fault, and you will have to pay another shipping charge to have the order re-sent to your current address. This can be avoided by updating your Paypal profile with current info regularly. Thanks for your understanding.

2. By Phone:
Just call Soothing Herbals at (540) 460-2722 and place your order by phone. After you receive an order confirmation, mail in a check or money order and your items will be shipped after payment is received.

3. By E-mail:
Email a list of the items desired with prices and appropriate shipping charges totaled to: info@soothingherbals.com . After you receive an order confirmation, mail a check or money order and your items will be shipped after payment is received.

4. By Mail:

Wholesale Ordering

Wholesale orders are welcome. Please call or email info@soothingherbals.com to ask for the Wholesale Price List.

~Wholesale Terms:
1 It is required to provide a copy of your Resale or State business license along with your retail sales tax ID number.
2 There is a $100 minimum on all wholesale orders. Orders under the $100 minimum are subject to a $10 service fee.
3 All orders must be prepaid via check or Paypal. Credit cards can be used through Paypal. Orders will be processed after payment is received.
4 A 15% late fee will incur on all overdue payments after 30 days from the Invoice date.
5 A shipping & handling fee will apply to all wholesale orders, based on weight of the package. You will be notified of shipping charges before your order is sent. The shipping fees listed below only apply to RETAIL orders.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, and should arrive within 2-5 business days.

Sorry, NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, with the exception for Canada. For Canadian orders, we will contact you with additional shipping charges.

Orders are shipped out 24-48 hours after we receive them, unless an item is out of stock. If so, you will immediately be notified via email with the option of placing the product on backorder, or substituting with another product.

In an attempt to REDUCE, REUSE & RECYCLE, your order will be shipped with reused packaging.
